Staring with 2 weeks of paid time off and addition of 1 week after either 3 or 5 years of service depending of the time when the employee joined Verizon. Accumulation up to 150% allowed. That means the vacation can roll over to the next calendar year. Besides there are 8 personal days a year and sick days as well. Plus short term disability and such additional plans.
