Definitely very helpful and do everything they can to try to get what you need done. They work with you for anything.
This is not as good as it could be.
The EAP program is solid and one that is relied on.
no one really knows about it but it is there and useful and full of information
good over the phone help with legal and other advice
I setup a Will/Trust for my family using the program. The lawyer was professional and completed the process quickly. Well worth it.
I used the EAP program to setup a Will and Trust for me and my family. I saved a ton of money and the legal partner I used was very professional and completed the process quickly.
Never got to use this so I can really say how good it is. I applied once, but got nothing.
Verizon's employee assistance program is the gold standard. They can provide advice for finance, legal, medical references, emergency mental health support with licensed support personnel. I have nothing bad to say about this program
Great plans one of the best things about the company.
