On top of being a part of the company that's changing the world, you'll enjoy a competitive salary and benefits so robust we call them Total Rewards.
The company perks are awesome. The health insurance is great with a few options when choosing the right provider. The 401k matches ur contributions. After 3 years you are fully vested in the company comparing to the 5 year mark at most jobs.
Benefits are top of the line.
Good healthcare. Great employee phone discount 50% off. Decent paid time off but needs to be scheduled at least 3 weeks in advance.
6% 401K contribution match, Excellent health benefits packages offered.
I cannot saying anything bad of the benefits package for the health, dental, and eye insurance. Retirement benefits are really good as well. Now for vacation time it sucks for the first few years. I was given only 40hrs in my 7 months.
Medical and Dental coverage were great.
Employee Discounts, Insurance, and Giveaways
The variety and value of the benefits offered by Verizon are unmatched anywhere that I know of. Employees are encouraged to take advantage of each and every benefit available; taking time off that has been earned is encouraged instead of being frowned upon as with other companies. The only "bad" that I have seen has been complaints from others who have had FMLA or Short-Term Disability claims; it seems that there are occasional "disconnects" between the plan administrator and the Payroll Department that lead to pay discrepancies, sometimes taking weeks to resolve.
401K matched 6% Vacation/Personal Days Maternity leave Gym on Campus
Working for a Independently owned and operated Verizon is a struggle to get the upper management to notice you.
