They do have awesome health benefits and match up to 6% with 401 after 3 years
The benefits in general are great, particularly the health insurance provided. The best, and worst, thing would be the education benefits. Tuition assistance is provided starting day 1, with employees able to have classes prepaid for approved courses of study. The downside is that there are no internships designed to provide experience in the fields employees are studying for, and very few rotational positions to obtain experience needed if you are working towards a degree in a different field than that of the position you currently hold.
