Verizon has a really good medical coverage. They match 401(k) up to 6%. Paid leave and vacation time are good and in sync with the industry.

401k match to 6%. Must be there for 3 years before vested and then you get their match. Great health benefits including vision, dental.

The health benefits are the best; however the benefits package is included in your salary. Which sucks because your take home pay is circumstantially less. 40 hrs of vacation time 16 hours of emergency sick-time (only used in 4-hr increments) 3 personal days If you're new and go on a week of vacation that's all of your time for the year. One accrues only 8hrs a month to equal 40hrs a year. If you are more than 5 minutes late your docked an hour of time, so you might as well go to work an hour late. Verizon is only closed for 3 holidays 401k is company matched (100% eligibility after 3yrs) The perks are very minimum
