Vacation is great, when you can take it. If you work retail in the store don't expect to take any vacation in the month of December and most November.

They have black out dates on vacation days and you are not allowed to use them under penalty. And that is terrible. That includes personal days and sick days.

2 weeks vacation, 56 hours of paid personal time, and 40 hours of paid sick time. These are accrual benefits, but you are able to take them in advance of their respective accrual. Your time is available to you on day 1, although using that time within the first 15 weeks is generally frowned upon.

I have never been with a company who gave so much time off. Vacation, Personal, Sick, ESNs and Flex time. Just amazing!
