Deductible is sky high! Premiums continue to increase. Also, the website says they offer free drinks, but that is no longer the case. Not very flexible in terms of working from home, although most work is done online. This sends a message that you do not trust your employees and your perspective on time-in-chair is archaic. Employees would benefit from a more affordable healthcare plan, especially those that aren't as highly paid.
Unlimited time off ~ meaning the company doesn't track sick or vacation time ~ encourages top notch talent. Love it!
