Vertex offers a very generous time off policy, including a paid summer holiday and winter holiday for all employees, and many other paid holidays throughout the year.
Great Benefits, especially for family's, comprehensive package
Great benefits, as well as an extremely good and collaborative team where everyone helps and motivates each other to perform at their best. Paid time off is particularly good, starting with 4 weeks in addition to 2 company shut downs (extra two weeks) and almost all government holidays! Plus you get an additional week after 5 years of service

Vertex generally pays for best benefits for its employees, from traditional offerings like healthcare and dental to mental health offerings and even child care. No place better
Worst thing is that they will try to convince you that your low salary is because of the stock benefits. Otherwise, benefits are top notch.
