The best thing is that PTO accrues and rolls over at the end of the year. If you do not use all of the PTO that you have accrued throughout the year, it will roll over into the next year without expiring.
A 401k and PTO and paid holidays are pretty nice to have.
Best is the health insurance. If you're a single person you have the greatest benefits.
The benefits package was OK. It included all the basics after 90 days.
6 holidays, 15 sick/vacation days, no personal time. No flexibility for doctor's appointments, sick kids or school events. Employees come to work sick, because they get very little time off. You are expected to come in during poor and unsafe weather conditions.
It's great for you and you alone. If you want to add a spouse or child, it's $400 a month out of your paycheck. That's a lot considering how low the rate of pay is.
The health insurance is very comprehensive and the base level costs the employee nothing. A variety of insurance options are available depending on need and who the employee needs to insure.
After 2 years you get a free Costco Membership
Best thing about the benefits is the employer matched 401K which is standard but a good employer match program.
Insurance is good. I don't use companies benefits, however i have heard some great reviews. 401k available! Vacation will not be granted unless you have the exact time. Time off ok, will always have the option for time off as long as you have the available exact time.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
