New employees only receive half of the PTO benefits of veteran employees. No sick time accrual. Management requires sick days to be paid with PTO, as a consequence if you are sick but you planned a vacation, you may have to forfeit your vacation. Coworkers are directly impacted by immediate coworkers' days off.

PTO is at three weeks to start, however the plant shuts down for two weeks over the holidays, and you either use pto, or don't get paid.
