Our Corporate Health is Dependent on Employee Well Being
Very good benefits. Our cost for health insurance has gone down 2 years in a row.
Small company but they're trying and improving
occasional work on saturdays, low match and long vest period for 401k, only holidays are stock market holidays, stock options are unrestricted but an IPO has been "approaching" for 10 years now
They meet the benchmark of anywhere I have work. Are the benefits the best I have seen, no but it'll be standard.
401k match is average at 3% with some cap but it was never fully explained and long vesting period No tuition or training reimbursement No annual bonus There are annual reviews and raises but HR doesn't publish details Medical Dental Additional vision ins also offered Life insurance is lower than at other companies. Only $50k Company stock is given out but there is no value without IPO and vesting is 5 years You can work from home depending on team There is no flexibility with work schedule, aka 4x 10hour days or part time
No bonus structure or tuition reimbursement
It's pretty standard for a software company.
Best: Finally added 401k matching a few years ago. Worst: No corporate card for travel, so you have to front the money for tickets etc. Reimbursement is pretty quick, but this is an annoyance.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
