    You have to have seniority to work from home.

    Work from home is a huge plus and a necessary evil to this job. Other stations do not promote work from home as much as this station because of all the inter office issues that plagued the office for years and years. They find out if people just work from home there would be less drama.

    they know that the rank and files employees are psychotic so every effort was made to have work at home available. Sometimes the computer is glitchy and you have to come in but you can just fake sick leave if you cannot bare seeing other people. Otherwise they give you 2 hours for administrative leave due to unreliable computer. This practice does cut into work station's productivity though.
