We offer four different health insurance plan options. Two are PPO plans and two include HSAs.
It's there and it's very expensive if you plan to cover spouse or family ($600+/month). Affordable for singles, which is the primary demographic of employees. Changes every year.
Multiple plans and several options, affordable.
Pretty expensive plans, though multiple options to choose from.
Affordable for both dingle and married employees
Expensive for families. If you are a single, healthy person, then it is fine.
It was about standard for companies. It wasn't great but it wasn't horrible.
