Full medical, dental, life, 401k with amazing match
The health insurance was pretty pricey compared to other employers, especially considering how little we got paid.
Unlimited PTO, but health insurance is really expensive if you have a family.
401K match is OK. 50% of your contribution up to $1500. Healthcare costs are high. Free gym membership is great. Free lunches from time to time. Free vending machines with healthy options.
Medical insurance isn't that great, the 401k is ok, but the day-to-day benefits are incomparable to other companies. Free snacks, some buildings have ping pong tables. Several TVs. Free coffee, soda, etc.
We have about every benefit you could imagine. Our health insurance is a bit expensive for the coverage, but that seems to be the health insurance game these days. We get health, life, dental, vision, disability, gym membership, open vending machines, soda machines, fruits, veggies, cereal, meals, bikes in buildings to check out, family events, 401k match, profit sharing, HSA contributions, etc.
Matching 401K is great! Vacation time is comparable to other companies. Insurance benefits are comparable to other companies. Lots of opportunities for monthly bonuses based on production.
Company perks are amazing. Culture is great and the perks help contribute to that. Field day, sporting events, Holiday party, etc. Benefits were good as well - I don't have a family and had this job coming right out of college so I can't speak much about the insurance as I just had the most basic package for an individual.
All kinds of free food, free lunch, decent insurance, 401k, etc...
They randomly give you money for your 401k for holidays, or when the company is doing well as a whole.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
