They offered a chair massage every couple of weeks for employees and had a massage therapist on hand in the office 5 days a week. They also provided lunch every Monday and offered free drinks and snacks throughout the day. Always a perk when you don't have to purchase that stuff. They also right before my leaving paid full memberships for employees to a local gym. The downside to the benefits would be the retirement piece. You didn't really have any clue or information on what to do with it.

We offer monthly meetings at our headquarters with the outside financial advisor to discuss the 401(k) benefit with any employee who signs up. For employees at other locations, they have access to... More

Free lunches quite often, free vending machines, free fresh snack fridge: fruit, yogurt, cheese, veggies, etc. Free chair massages, game rooms, numerous free tshirts, several annual employee social events. 401K matching up to $1200 annually, FSA/HSA, multiple insurance options. Doesn't have paternity or adoption leave. Insurance could be better, 401k match could be better. Salaries could be much better.

Awesome company perks and freebies, love the tshirts. Fully stocked fridge and machine, the new cafe is also awesome and a great way to connect to colleagues.

Love 401k matching, dislike the new higher deductible but still have excellent health, vision, dental & paid gym membership.

Health insurance is extremely expensive for the coverage you are getting if you insure more than just the employee. 401k match is only $1200 per year.

The benefits at VU are great. Health Insurance (can opt for dental and vision), 401(k) match, excellent PTO (three weeks / year after first two months of employment), paid holidays, five-week maternity leave, gym membership, company sponsored parties and events (very family friendly), monthly chair massage, and snacks! VU has the benefits of a start-up, while also providing the stability/security and compensation of a mature company. It really is a "best-of-both-worlds" employer.

The medical insurance is quite expensive but there are several options.

Great benefits and employee rewards. Giving back to those who served was easy and fun!

The company offers good insurance and 401K programs options. It also offers generous pay and compared to other employers in the area. There is also a casual dress policy and many fun activities throughout the year.
