Excellent coverage from Anthem BlueCross/BlueShield

They have the best benefits around. The cost is also very cheap.

Good Family health insurance really helps.

Good health care with low deductible

Good, but not great CDHP plan

High deductables, expensive but worth it.

Expensive paycheck deductions, lots of denied coverage, high copays

Two options, PPO and CDHP. The latter has a $1,500 deductible but most appointments are covered 100% after, for primary care and specialist.
