Overall benefits package is great in theory. Great 401K match, good opportunity with ESPP program. However, the "unlimited sick time" is really misleading... Also a big benefit - "Work from home" is completely manager related. The recruiting team makes it out to be "work from home when you feel like it!" when really it depends on your manager. Some managers give you freedom and trust, others basically make you provide a written justification for why you HAVE to be home for 4 hours..... so be careful
