    It's 3 weeks plus the regular holidays as well as a couple of bonus days off around Christmas week. You start adding a day once you hit 5 years, but it's pretty slow after that (1 extra day for each year worked I think).

    Really good for salaried people, less good for hourly. The program improved when they offered unlimited sick leave separate from vacation. But since they favor young healthy people and try to eliminate the older ones, this is not much of an issue for them.
