401K - they make a contribution to it for every year you spend full time. HOWEVER when I left the company, I missed the mark for getting that years contribution by 31 hours (because they divide it by working hours). I was not aware of this and was upset when I went to transfer my account to my savings.

If you want any, you have to ask for them specifically.

The best thing is the gratis, we usually get free or very discounted new items, so we can share our "personal testimony" as to how it fits and how amazing it is. The worst thing is that even though we get a 30% discount (part time), we are always surrounded by SUPER cute stuff and we try to justify our buying it with "well it's discounted so it's ok!". Be wary if you have low self-control, you'll be spending up your whole paycheck there.

Best is that benefits are generous, however there is no one to educate you upon what those benefits may be.

I worked part time but was only allowed to have a job if I was working 39.5 hours a week. Therefore, I received no benefits but was still basically working full time.
