- Employee Discount(414 comments)
“Best thing about the employee discount: we often get free items to create a true testimonial Worst thing: they don't allow us to order proper sizes for discount or gratis if we've simply sold out but carry the product.”
- Job Training(171 comments)
“Worst thing is that the training was very brief when I joined the company Best thing is that in the last year they've made good efforts to give better training for in-coming associates”
- Maternity & Paternity Leave(33 comments)
“14 weeks paid maternity leave. 8 weeks paid paternity leave. It's near the top for the retail industry.”
Benefits are okay here at this job
Good benefits overall. Great maternity leave
Great employee discount, along with many benefits offered.
14 weeks 100% pay maternity leave
Insurance has pretty good coverage, amazing discount though!
The best thing about the benefits package is how you can start getting benefits as a full time employee and you don't necessarily need to be within management. There are great health and dental benefits however the vision isn't great. Along with tuition assistance and PTO
401k, health insurance, employee discounts

Benefits are good and 401 k
