Best is the 30% off discount and a free panty every month! Worst was nothing. All the benifits are great!
You get a gratis every time something new drops in the store. You can also be rewarded with random free gifts as well!
The medical, dental benefits start day 1 for management, and the amount of paid time off given starts on the first day as well
cons: If you are a part time employee, you don't receive any medical, dental, or 401k benefits. and no, you don't get free merch either. however... pros: you get a 30% off discount ALL merchandise (even already discounted items) you can test out all the fragrances, lotion, and lipstick! yay.
vs offers typical corporate benefits
As a part time employee you do not receive any kind of benefits with the company. Only those that are full time will receive.
Great for full time employees
I'm only giving it three stars because I am merely a part time sales associate. Sadly, new associates that got hired after 2016 do not get commissions, however we do get bonuses when our store does above and beyond with our sales goals. Even though I am part time, we still do get a couple of PTO days depending on how long you have worked here. Employee discounts, especially if you work for PINK, receive GREAT discounts and monthly gratis.
Full time associates receive 40 hours PTO, Emergency time off, eligible for health care coverage including dental and vision. Part time associates are eligible for 20 hours pto when they maintain an average of 20 hours worked per week.
The employee discount is great. 30% for part time and 40% for full time. Sometimes you can win an extra 10%. Also, you can win prizes like gift cards and concert tickets sometimes. You get a monthly gratis list that includes free/heavily discounted merchandise as long as you complete your monthly educations about new products. Now part timers that work an average of 20 hours a week can earn paid time off as well. Also, everyone gets an extra $1-$3/hr worked each month added to their last paycheck if your store meets the monthly goals. Plus, you get individual raises for your own performance.
