Best thing is PTO! You accrue PTO with each pay period based on how long you have been an employee. That being said new full-time employees start at 26 days PTO per year. There are no separate sick days, all lumped into PTO. It also carries over at the end of the year.

PTO is limited especially with the requirement to work all national holidays unless you use your personal PTO. Otherwise not bad.
