Best thing: 3 weeks of PTO per year as a starting full-time salaried employee. I thought that was cool. Lots of other little fun benefits like a pre-paid legal plan and pre-tax work shoe vouchers.
Pto accrues at a good rate, health and dental have good contribution rates. Multiple options for healthcare provider.
The viejas benefit plans are great.
The benefit package are great
The best benefits of any place I've ever worked
* Amazing medical/dental/vision/retirement/life insurance * Enrollment for FSA available * Gym membership reimbursement or any form of exercise classes quarterly, I think for $25 * Cellular service discount for Verizion and ATT&T * PTO , but no sick days. Some departments force you to use PTO for any call offs. If no PTO available you may not call off or it counts against you. * Personal/Bereavement/Maternity Leave
They have benefits for everything. Health, dental, vision, life insurance, flex spending. The HR dept. does what it can to make sure you're healthy.
Nothing special bout their benefit programs
The annual bonus was pretty great when I worked there.
Insurance cost and deductibles. Their benefit package needs improvements.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
