The benefits were awesome. Great place to work.
The perks/benefits are Viewpost are fantastic and range from simple, cool things like ping-pong table, pool table, XBox, Wii, stand-up arcade games to amazing healthcare. They offer 100% company paid medical/dental/vision insurance. The 401(k) plan allows you to contribute immediately and the company starts their matching program after 6 months of employment. The best part is that there is no vesting period; which means you are 100% vested automatically! They also offer free fruit that is delivered weekly, free snack from Snack Nation and free drinks (Coconut water, flavored water, tea, coffee and other cool fringe drinks). Viewpost has local discounts for gym memberships and recently gave their employees stand-up desks, pedal machines, wurf-boards (look those up on-line) and had a raffle for Fitbits. On the first Friday of every month we host an event aptly named, First Friday. This is a time where our employees can get together and have a social happy hour; many times with a philanthropic event tied in and yes, beer and wine are available. For example, one month we put our company into teams. We had 13 children's bikes delivered that were still in the box. We had a trivia contest and every time a team got a question correct, they got a part or a tool. At the end of the event, we had all 13 bikes put together and donated them to a local children's charity. Their HR and team and senior managers truly care about their employees and their wellness.
The benefits package is very good for a smaller company. Insurance costs are low for the employees and some benefits are fully covered by the company.
Competitive benefits Health Insurance, Dental Plan and Vision Plan. 401k good matching 15 days PTO
Great medical, dental, vision, above average 401k and decent PTO.
Hard to find a worst thing. Coverage is substantially better than any company I have worked for.
401k with match, Free Health Care and an HSA contribution if you do HDHP, Dental and vision. Good coverage all around.
Best thing . . . it is free with extrememly good benefits. Health, Dental, Vision, even 401K matching. Worst . . . the U.S. healthcare system sucks.
Their benefits package was ok, but you never have an opportunity to use any of it.
Crappy HSA that seems to good to be true.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
