401K for USA employees, insurance including health & dental plus life and disability.
No 401 plan, this is bad.
401K, fully paid health insurance, commuter stipend, FSA and HSA, 15 days +4 extra days a year + paid holidays.
Health insurance is not the best
PROS - 100% employee / 50% spouse/dependent healthcare coverage - Lunch and snacks provided in all offices, including in countries like Korea where it is less common - Responsive head of HR who listens and makes adjustments and adds to benefits CONS - Benefits not yet standardized across all countries/offices (but getting there!) - Don't have a high enough budget allotted for better higher-end providers or full commuter's benefit, etc. - No 401K
