Health coverage is very affordable for families. Pension plan is good, but not available for new hires. Corporate discounts are cool.

Vacation accrual is typical for this size of firm, but the healthcare benefits and flexibility for personal scheduling conflicts (medical appointments, etc.) is wonderful.
Amazing health benefits and pension program.
The parent company of VinSolutions is Cox so there is a huge variety of benefits. Health insurance through Aetna has great premiums, but the deductible and coverage aren't great, but I don't blame VinSolutions on that one. Cox has a 401k and still offers a pension which is nearly unheard of, so that is definitely a huge benefit. There is an awesome tuition assistance benefit with additional programs through some schools to attend school without paying a penny out of pocket. I have a free gym membership to the recreation center 3 minutes from the office. There is also a reward system in place to receive points for a job well done. When you accumulate enough points you can redeem for gift cards and other items. I got a Fitbit and many co-workers have redeemed for a lot of great stuff.
Cost of benefits is minimal for me, my spouse and two kids. They also have an incentive program for maintaining a good annual health screening or following a program to reduce high cholesterol, high blood pressure or other issues.
