Vacation and time off is generation. After 6 months you can accrue up to 3 weeks of vacation, 3 personal days, 64 hours of sick time, and 11 holidays .
I don't really know much because I was an intern and did not need any of the benefits they offered.
The benefits plan is not inexpensive, and tends to change every year, which means employees have to re-enroll. However, it does offer a full menu of supports and options.
I receive two weeks of vacation time. Two weeks of sick time. I do not use company medical benefits, it's too high in price for me. Company gives bonus close to end of the year. And adds money to pension account once or twice yearly.
VERY bad insurance options, no 401k, no proper travel compensation You do get all the holidays, and can do a floating holiday if you wish
Generous time off, benefits are pretty good
The company is non profit. For a non-profit they do have okay plans. Their health insurance is expensive though its a tier plan with BCBSMA
These benefits correspond ONLY to my personal experience as a Per Diem Employee, working 16 hours per week!!! Other positions have more benefits offered, depending upon your scheduled hours and employment status, starting at 30 hours per week, which is considered "Part-Time Regular" employment status. The only "Retirement Plan" I get is a 403(b) Plan, to which Vinfen doesn't contribute - it ALL comes out of my own pocket. Also, please note that you get a discount on a "Gym Membership", NOT a free one.
Kind of pricey. Is OK for a single person.
Health insurance, vacation and sick time, and 401k are top notch for this industry.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
