Former Employee in Somerville, Massachusetts

I don't really know much because I was an intern and did not need any of the benefits they offered.

The benefits plan is not inexpensive, and tends to change every year, which means employees have to re-enroll. However, it does offer a full menu of supports and options.

Current Awake Overnight Counselor in Brookline, Massachusetts

I receive two weeks of vacation time. Two weeks of sick time. I do not use company medical benefits, it's too high in price for me. Company gives bonus close to end of the year. And adds money to pension account once or twice yearly.

VERY bad insurance options, no 401k, no proper travel compensation You do get all the holidays, and can do a floating holiday if you wish

Current Employee in Allston, Massachusetts

The company is non profit. For a non-profit they do have okay plans. Their health insurance is expensive though its a tier plan with BCBSMA

Current Recovery Youth Leader in Plymouth, Massachusetts

These benefits correspond ONLY to my personal experience as a Per Diem Employee, working 16 hours per week!!! Other positions have more benefits offered, depending upon your scheduled hours and employment status, starting at 30 hours per week, which is considered "Part-Time Regular" employment status. The only "Retirement Plan" I get is a 403(b) Plan, to which Vinfen doesn't contribute - it ALL comes out of my own pocket. Also, please note that you get a discount on a "Gym Membership", NOT a free one.

Kind of pricey. Is OK for a single person.

Current Employment Specialist in Cambridge, Massachusetts

Health insurance, vacation and sick time, and 401k are top notch for this industry.

Current Rehabilitation Coordinator in Somerville, Massachusetts

Really great health insurance and fairly generous vacation and sick day packages. the worst part is that vacation takes six months to activate.
