Medical coverage is the best I've ever had. They provide a $1000 on a company provided credit card to pay for copays and OTC medications.
Overall benefits offered are really good.
Pretty good benefits. They recently updated their vacation policy. Virgin Orbit offers about three weeks of paid time off yearly. Everyone gets a Christmas vacation as well
3 weeks vacation plus week of Christmas off. 5 days of sick time (but you may be too busy to use and end up working from home).
Good 401k, vacation 3 weeks, annual stock refresher options
Stock options no buy backs
* 401K is great. Typical is 50% matching up to 3% of your annual salary. On top of this they add an additional 3% into your account. i.e. if you contribute 6% of your salary, they give you additional 3% from matching and an additional 3% flat. * Vacation is typically 3-weeks for engineers that cap at 1.75x your annual accrual. 5 sicks days per year that are use-it-or-lose-it. Frequent holidays (14 days/year) including Christmas Eve through January 1st off. * Free lunches 3 days/week with unlimited snacks and beverages. A masseuse comes on site 1-2x a week for 10 minute (subsidized, but not free) appointments. * Stock options are available, but allocations to everyone but managers is laughable. Stocks have to be vested and then purchased. No buybacks available and dilution is staggering. Not many people chose to exercise them.
Good benefits package includes Medical, vision, dental, 401k matching and maternity/paternity leave. Medical options are limited but for the size of the company they've done a good job offering plans that are well suited for the company's employees.
Wonderful place to work. Dynamic, fast-paced environment where ideas are welcome and opinions valued. New leadership focused on making the company a success
Plant shuts down for 1 week at the end of the year. Virgin Orbit provides 401k match, annual bonuses and stock incentives.
