Best benefit is $5k reimbursement annually for grad school. Also, going to a Virtua doctor is very cheap, especially urgent cares.
They are extremely cheap and amazing plans
The benefits are excellent
The caring culture and understanding towards employees
Health insurance premiums are rather high. 401K match .50/ 1.00up to 6%. Paid time off 28 days/ year.
401k company match up to a certain percentage
pro-generous time off after 5 years con- management won't let you take your time off unless you find your own coverage
Plentiful PTO, solid tuition assistance but it needs improvement to cover non-medical certifications. Urgent Care within the system is a huge perk. But...lack of other incentives. After your 9th year once you've maxed out on PTO, good luck getting any other perks. No food discounts, no company gifts.
I don't get any benefits
Benefits became worse over time. Forced to pay more out of pocket and had to remove members from plan.
