Since Virtusa is a global company, the benefits vary drastically depending upon where you are located. Some benefits like Vacation and Paid Time Off also vary depending on what your job classification is and how long you've been working. For an IT Professional in the US, the number of vacation hours per pay period in the first year of work is 4 hours per pay period (and we are paid bi-weekly). So that is 8 hours per month. The max accrual is 120 hours. So Tier 1, 2, 3 employees hired after 2016 get 4 hours semi-monthly for an annual accrual of 96 hours. Tier 4 employees get 3.33 hours semi-monthly for an annual accrual of 80 hours. You have to work 30 hours a week minimum to accrue vacation time.
