    Recently cut, all funds where frozen without the ability to roll into a higher yield account. This compensation was not offset by salary increase, so most employees lost money last year FY 2015.

    Used to be great, now it's average. Retirement plan is the 401k plan. the Retirement plan is gone. Apparently when you bleed, sweat, eat and breath Visa for 20 years, you are not allowed to age and shame of you if you get older because now your worthless we Visa just wants you to quitely go off in a corner and die.

    Visa's retirement plan was terminated abruptly without warning on November 4, 2015. This action in effect resulted in an across-the-board pay cut of 6% for Visa employees below the C level.
