Plenty of PTO and paid holidays, competitive pay.
Benefits are really good and it changes on the basis of employee performance
Great Benefit Package. Comprehensive and includes all of the personal and family benefits that one would look for from a major corporation.
Great 401 plan matching provided to employee.
Phenomenal benefits (good 401k matching, corporate shuttle system, health insurance options - company contributes to HSA, on-campus offerings, gyms, lots of PTO etc.) Bad perks (the food on campus isn't good, corporate parties aren't great, some campuses nicer than others)
Best: 10% 401k match. 21 days PTO as start.
Best in industry benefits. New parental leave policy is excellent. 401K matching better than industry standards. Comprehensive benefits across the board.
Maternity Leave is not all paid vs. what is claimed. The non-base portion of compensation - cash bonus and stocks, which are a significant part of the package get prorated. So not only you get penalized on reviews but also on actual amount. As you go higher in the hierarchy, the penalty increases as non-base compensation goes up.
401k match is good but visa doesn’t give sick days . Everything count towards your PTO
No stock options. Benefits at Visa are no match when compared to other companies in the area.
