A+++ across the board. Great Company to work for and retire with!
It is a comprehensive benefits package. It is a bit pricey if you don't choose the HSA option. The 401K match is discretionary and depends upon company performance, but has been good over the past year. The PTO program is good and everything else is industry standard.
Good HR. Horrible payroll, they routinely pay their employees late.
Very high cost of health benefits. There has been no 401K match in the time I have been here. It is a discretionary match based on the performance of the company.
PTO - It is "flex" rather than accumulated, so if an employee doesn't get permission to take PTO the benefit does not accrue.
Health benefits deductible is high but overall this is a strong package with lots of additional benefits available. There is currently no 401K match.
Overall very poor benefits package. The health insurance plans had very high deductibles and hence almost paid for nothing, no company match to 401(k), no diversity programs, and no company match to employee public transportation benefits for to/from work (where many companies here in the DC area do).
the benefits are very expensive for families
The insurance is very expensive if you have a family, many people can't afford it. Lately they have chosen not to do the match on their 401K.
