“We have a discount for retail purchase but associates are not always clear on what it covers. Additional discounts were added in the last year but again associates are not always clear on where to find the info.”
“Having had to use my health insurance this year like never before I am thankful we have such a good plan.”
“We have access to our vacation as of January 1st which is a great way to preplan for the year. PTO is accrued and does carry over. Unfortunately vacation not used is not paid out or carried over.”
Even for part time you get partial benefits which are good.
I love my benefits the plan is 100% worth the cost to me. I did like when we had more than 2 options of medical plans to choose from.
Visionworks has consistently maintained high quality medical, dental and vision insurance at affordable prices. The 401(k) match is good, but could be better. The time off is exceptional for a retailer.
the benefits are available. i have to keep writing to access company reviews i need six more words
Free Glasses every year, 401K, Medical, Dental, Vision
They classified me as part time and wanted me working full time hours with no benefits.
Time off has been gutted, instead of being given your PTO for the year up front, they changed it to an accrual system (30 hours for every 1 hour PTO), and then cut everyone's hours so that it's near impossible to accrue any meaningful time until months into the year.
They were revamping the benefits so this may change. When you first start you get prorated PTO.Benefits for FT 32 hours are decent.Free pair of eyewear annually but there was a 175.00 cap on frame and they won’t let you have them remade.
There are no benefits for part time employees and they purposely keep you part time to not pay benefits.
Vision insurance included for part-timers, however medical/dental not included
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
