medical best, no 401 K
Benefits can vary. You must wait 90 days before health insurance is available, and it's very expensive! You can negotiate to have owners pay more than the share they initially tell you. PTO accrues with each paycheck, but you must use it or lose it. Hours are until 5:30, and they will berate you IF you leave at 5:28. Strange place to work and not very employee friendly.
Well the medical is not affordable and its only offered to the office staff. The medical for caregivers is not existing but they do offer a very weak dental and vision package ( 2 things people don't really go to the doctor for yet they asked for an annual physical and most of us caregivers cannot afford to go get physical off of the money we make).
They us Aflac for heath insurance which is almost $300 a pay check. This is bad when your weekly paycheck isn't even $300.
Offers benefits but pay is so low that most people can’t afford to have more money taken from their check to pay for the benefits
There'd is no benefit package.
They do not offer benefits and in order to afford them out of pocket with what they pay you need to work 80 hours a week to survive.
There is absolutely NO benefits. And raises are at a minimal as well.
.I can't count the times I was sent on a job and they already had a caregiver there! Also if you are not willing to be on call, well Good Bye... your gone!
The best part is that you get to pick your own schedule and its convenient. The worst part is that your job depends on the clients availability and it can be very stressful.
