For a european company the maternity leave should have been better, but still great for the states.
Vacation is great - 15 days to start but add 1 year for each year of service plus 4 floating holidays per year (1 per quarter)

Salary is great for a dev. 2-3% yearly raises pretty much guaranteed. 10% if you get promoted (good luck on that). Insurance plans on the expensive side Blue Cross Blue Shield. $500 biyearly company contribution to Health Savings Account for High Deductible plans. Bimonthly lunches provided is a nice touch when it's not hosted by the cafeteria.
