Vital provided awesome benefits for myself and family. They really took into account the rising insurance costs in our nation and made it the most affordable they could for us as employees.
Vital offers awesome health benefits as well as a robust Wellness program.
The benefits in general are good. One of best things about the benefits package is the company contribution to both 401k and HSA.
Excellent benefits - competitive health plan, 401k match, FSA/HSA reimbursement, tuition reimbursement, etc.
Medical plans are through Blue Cross and very comprehensive. They are expensive as are most insurance plans, but apparently under-market compared to most employers. Other important insurances include dental, life, AD&D, Disability, Voluntary Critical Illness & Accidental Injury, vision, and pet. (weird, but cool if that's your thing.) Other interesting benefits include a matching 401k half contribution up to 6% (you contribute 6%, they'll contribute an extra 3%), as well as a "wellness program" which sponsors events and activities once in a while designed to get you out, socializing, or both. Lesser known benefits include fresh fruit almost daily around the building and free fresh oil-popped popcorn in the deli from 1:30-3:30. They have a Vital-subsidized deli Monday through Friday 7:30ish-3:30ish every day, it's not free but is seemingly subsidized. They also serve a handful of different starbucks beverages which is cool.
Fantastic benefits, compensation package and additional perks.
Best benefits received were Massage and free popcorn
Benefits are solid, nothing special. A traditional vacation + sick leave policy, rather than a PTO policy.
Work time is very flexible.
Insurance is decent. 401k match is competitive. Lots of vacation time. Also time off for community service.
