Typical 401k and PTO like other places
Heath Insurance is very poor. Very high deductibles and high premiums. Nothing good to say about benefits. Holiday and vacation policy also very poor.
Best is the 401K, everything else is terrible. Medical Insurance has a $2,000 deductible! They give you a whopping $750 toward that but if you have kids or a chronic illness, forget it. Also have to be very careful and make sure you triple check your physicians. Coworker found out that even though the physician she was referred to was part of the insurance group, the FACILITY he worked at wasn't so insurance refused to pay for her visit. They will find any way they can to get out of paying for any medical treatment.
