The benefits are still very competitive, excellent health and dental plans. Great network, HR is always willing to work with you on any issues.

Very fair pricing on benefits with opportunities to earn $0 deductible through thorough wellness program. All employee profit sharing plan is generous and a great perk.

They did not offer any real benefits at the time I was employed. We were outside contractors via Kelly services, so basically permanent temps. Minimal benefits you could purchase as a group rate.

Medical, Dental, Vision all available, and at price lower than many other companies. 401K decent. Bonuses based upon department and performance.

Benefits were offered after 90 days, but with the lack of consistent work and the employee absorbing the costs of working for a commission based job, how do you afford to take advantage?

Solid benefits. You can take a yearly test (they measure cholesterol, triglycerides, blood sugar...), and based on how well you do, they'll pay a percentage of your deductible. if you don't pass, they offer reasonable alternatives to earn the credits, like attending a health seminar.

Medical benefits used to payed by the company. There used to be a free vegan lunch once a week also. That changed a couple of years ago. The overall package is still pretty competitive.

When I began, one of the perks was free insurance to employees. We have to pay for it niw, but I feel it is still less than what most companies charge. Not enough vacation time though.
