Solid benefits. You can take a yearly test (they measure cholesterol, triglycerides, blood sugar...), and based on how well you do, they'll pay a percentage of your deductible. if you don't pass, they offer reasonable alternatives to earn the credits, like attending a health seminar.
Medical benefits used to payed by the company. There used to be a free vegan lunch once a week also. That changed a couple of years ago. The overall package is still pretty competitive.
