They offer really good maternity and paternity leave for those who have worked here for about 2 years - they will also offer to those who have worked here for a year, but it's about %50 for only a year worked and %100 if 2 years. Unless you get paid salary, than they will give you %100 no matter what.

2 weeks paid for the Dad after 1 year, 1 week is paid after 2 years the full 2 weeks are paid

Actually Vivint lets you take leave whenever you feel like you have the need to I would say because its on you rather you get paid or not

They only offer 6 weeks of maternity leave for adoption as opposed to the 12 weeks for others. A new mom is a new mom and just because you had to have your kid through adoption doesn't mean you should get less time home to bond with your newborn.
