They offer PTO for everyone.
If you get approved for vacation its very little you get paid for time off and then you are always behind on commissions when returning.
They usually work with you even if you are out of PTO/vacation time.
For engineering staff, they they think we're adults and don't track time off. I still tracked mine just for reference and I took 3-4 weeks. I go home early sometimes and I stay late sometimes. Nobody says a word. Work/Life balance is great. Just get your work done. That's all they care about.
You can not go wrong with unlimited PTO. I have never had a problem getting it approved as long as I communicate clearly and get my work done.
They offer 2 weeks of vacation time per year and about 3.something hours of PTO for every 80 hours worked
PTA sounds great till you realize this is a finance game to take liability off the books.
The worst is that it's unlimited but everyone is so buried in their workload that a lot of people feel like they can't afford to miss a day so they don't use it.

Paid time off was a super awesome part of working there however actually getting time off was sometimes very difficult. It really depended on what department you were in and if the day you wanted off was a holiday or near a holiday. Those were sometime impossible to get off.
