Paid time off is subject to call volume, and even then is decided by a person in an office in a Washington office. It is not easy to get two days off in a row. Time off is awarded in very very small increments, and must work for the company 7 years before 2 weeks a year increases to 3. It is not uncommon to get a call or text message on your day off to come into work.
This company changes programs and policies more times each year than there are seasons in the year so be ready for them to take a second look and go "oops we gave you too much over this last year, we will go ahead and take it. Oops we took too much? Sorry?"

10 days off a year, and only 6 company holidays
Vivint doesn't offer anything special. You earn 3.08 hours each pay period and it caps at 80 hours a year.
