Vivint Solar is continuously looking for better benefits for their employees. I wish there were some more options for Health Insurance, PPO vs HMO for example.
Unlimited PTO is good but, health insurance is the worst.
Benefits are awful. Expensive premiums and high deductibles with very minimal coverage. You get two weeks of paid time off per year, and that never increases. It accrues very slowly over the year so if you want or need a week off and it hasn't been 6 months, you cant do it. Hourly employees are not valued here. Maternity leave is available through FMLA and is completely unpaid. I believe you can use your PTO, but you cap out at 120 hours so don't plan on saving up PTO for those 12 weeks.
it does not exist for sales staff
Good benefits although I would recommend adding a supplemental such as Aflac. Used to be overtime available however leadership and offerings change all the time.
The HSA is my favorite benefit

The health plans are excellent. Deductible could be high if something catastrophic were to happen but, in hat type of situation, any plan leaves you holding huge bills. VSP for vision, HealthEquity for HSA and UMR (UnitedHealthcare) for medical.
Youll only get at least 9 days off per year. Not worth it. They hired cheap people with no education skills
