The job is commission only so you better be able to handle that. I feel like most people in the office made about 20-50k a year, then the top guys did significantly better.
Benefits sub-par and expensive. Designed around a young work force with minimal health issues.
Unlimted PTO is the only really good benefit compared to other companies. Based on current patterns (at least in IT) the executive team is probably planning to change this. No 401k match, so you may as well contribute to an IRA instead.
The health insurance is very expensive and has a high deductible. After the deductible is met the insurance only covers 80 percent of all costs. They do offer a Health Savings Plan, but the company contribution is very little.
High Deductible with 500-$1000 HSA
They provide free lunch and coffee
The pay is good. The PTO policy is great. The free meal plan is nice. The medical and dental insurance is adequate. The is no 401k match.
A good amount of your paycheck will be taken for benefits but other than that they aren't bad. The optional legal benefit is fantastic though!
Pros - $50 credit for non-smokers. Cons - Very poor health insurance. No 401k matching. Bare minimum vacation time. Minimum paid holidays.
for direct sales there is are no benefits.
