Gives good work/life balance with unlimited time off you can actually take
"unlimited PTO" sounds great but most people won't really take more than 2 weeks off in a year anyway. And what sucks is that when you leave, if you only took a few days off, there's no payout for unused vacation days.
I had to take 4 months off for back surgery and the residual pay was $3000 a month and I received a $15,000 quarterly bonus. I also was getting $1800-$15,000 a week in pay. I was not even working and having the biggest pay quarter of my life.
Unlimited paid time off policy that is not managed and discouraged from actually using.
Unlimited PTO if salary employee. Don't expect the only good benefit here to stick around much longer.
There are 9 paid holidays annually and the PTO plan is unlimited. The only downside is that with the over-time hours that are put in, the unlimited PTO is not as great as it sounds.
Barely any vacation. No separation for sick time.
"Unlimited" PTO, but don't take any if you want to have a chance at moving up or around.
They say that it is unlimited. That just means, if you take a day off, you are working on your "vacation".
Total of 80 hours per year combined. Nothing separating Vacation time from PTO and sick time.
