Company used to have the best 401k package in town. Now it’s very much comparable to most companies. Insurance is comparable to most companies.
Best: Dental benefits are great, Washington Dental, Healthcare benefits are likely good...never actually used them. FSA, 401K matched at 3 %.
Exceptional 401(k) match. Rest of benefits are average for a company of this size and do not come without a price. But all is moot when they now have gone from paying twice a month through ADP to paying us twice a month by paper checks and now every other week (with two days notice and a three-week gap between paychecks). Company is in dire financial straits.
The dental is yop Notch and the Medical is perfect although if you have behavioral issues it may not cover much. The VSP from what I hear is one of a kind.
Short Term disability is a great benefit. Very generous employer match with the 401k plan. Some benefits are employer paid which helps people out.
Strong package if you work there for 5 years or longer. Horrible your first year. And since turnover is so high, you will likely not be around long enough to reap the benefits.
401K has a decent matching program
They are overhyped and over-rated.
Extremely good 401k matching program
Everything is great except for the really high deductible health insurance. We have medical, vision, dental, and 401k.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
