Very low matching, i think it was only 2%.

Decent 401K plan offered through contracting company. However, does not come close to Full time VWoA employees.

VW contributes a percentage of your salary even if you dont, then they match up to 5% of what you do contribute. Fully vested after 2-3 years I think.

Vanguard 401k and tooth IRA. 5 percent no matter what plus up to 4 percent matching.
