cost high. company car program has deteriorated.
Pros: 401k matching, 12 PTO starting with paid company shut down at end of year, lease car incentive, paid parental leave, tuition reimbursement, well being incentive Cons: Long work hours sometimes for exempt employees. No stock benefits.
No travel reimbursement or public transportation allowance.
Very minimal benefits for contractors. Only good thing is pto.
401k and pension plan all go into one account which made it easier to track. Worst thing is you get PTO but sometimes you are not allowed to take it. I worked for 5 months where no one in my area was allowed to use PTO or you would receive a point.
Excellent benefits and perks. Health is very good and company car program is very competitive
