The best thing is it is inexpensive to be a part of the program. The worst thing is that the third party handling the coverage is pretty stringent to the point where they tend to disagree with doctors which can result in you paying out of pocket for necessary tests.
Scattered implementation due to various acquisitions. Insurance may be competitive but is not great.

Profit sharing and ability to work remotely when needed.
The benefits are just ok. They could be better.
On Site Nurse is great. High medical deductible is a heavy burden for most people. Bonus program goals are set so high that it has become unatainable.
