“My preventative care is supposed to be free, yet I always end up paying 70 at the dentist. Not worth the 'coverage'. ”
“Absolute trash. Doesn't cover much at all. Preventative care is 'covered' but if any labs are associated beyond the act of procedure i.e. labs, you'll pay. ”
“There is no vision insurance”
the benefits package is terrible
Mediocre health care plans offered through company. Dental and Vision also available. No 401k match, 2 weeks vacation a year max, good sick pay accrual. Its all contract work so they tend to make up for the benefits with salary.
Ok pay with zero benefits as it was a contract position
I did not use their Benefits offered.
Tax Consultant II
Any current Andersen employees have an update on how the trial period of the hybrid model went and what they have officially established now? Worked there until July and would love to come back eventually if they were more flexible than required number of days in the office.
Worst company i worked for
There are little to no benefits working here. Insurance plan is okay but any other benefits like PTO, holiday pay, 401k are non existent.
Unlimited PTO, okay medical benefits
Very nice and supportive colleagues. Great environment. Ok benefits, basic
as a intern contractor for another company, it was good place to start.
No paid holidays, no exceptions. If you're employer is closed you don't get paid
