Absolute trash. Doesn't cover much at all. Preventative care is 'covered' but if any labs are associated beyond the act of procedure i.e. labs, you'll pay.
Volt does allow you to pick your own benefits based on premium you can afford, however they do not offer most extensive health care benefits like most major companies should in my opinion. i got my coverage through ACA while with Volt but was told by coworkers that their benefits were manageable.
PPO and HMO options are available
Decent. they just broke health into 3 plans in 2017. Way more expensive this year than any other... maybe due to ACA
The healthcare option isn't that great, and it costs over $600 a month to have.
Not a very good plan. Cost a lot of money.
